We are patiently awaiting a dreary ice-storm complete with significant ice accumulations, possible power outages, single digit temperatures and wind-chills below zero. In case the weather forgot, it is March 1st and we still consider this the south. That means it should be SPRING. I should be planting the garden, not scraping ice. From the sounds of it, we are not alone in this March winter storm. Ugg.
