Oops...


Well, I did it.  I took my iphone for a swim.  I didn't want it to feel left out.  It always has to sit on the bank watching us swim and play in the lake.  It really isn't fair.  Just because it is full of computer chips is no reason to snub it.  So today I took it for a swim.

May-May is having some friends over for the night, so I took them for a swim at the lake.  Only I forgot my phone was in my pocket until I had been in the water awhile.  Sigh...   So now my phone is taking a  spa treatment in a bag full of rice and silicone packets.  Here's hoping it works...

Anyway, due to the sleep-over, I won't be doing a real blog post today.  I will be back next week.  Have a great weekend!

    Nope. I killed Siri. Sniff. I stopped by the store to see what my options were. They are pretty bleak. The sales person was nice enough to remind me that they sell waterproof covers. Yeah. I know, but the advice comes a little late.

    What a bummer! Poor Siri...but be assured, she's still alive. I spoke to her yesterday. ;) I hope you get a new one soon! I had to replace mine last year after the screen shattered (totally my fault though. I dropped it a few too many times...on concrete). Yeah, I was pretty bummed when I "had" to get the new 4S. :)

    My Hubster rushed in and saved the day. He had an extra iphone because he had recently lost and replaced his phone. Then some amazing people found and returned his old phone. He decided I needed Siri more than he did, so he gave me his 4S and he took the older 4. Isn't he great!?! So now I can tell Siri all my troubles.

    Awww what a great guy! That's pretty awesome that someone returned his phone too! I'm sure Siri will be glad to hear your voice again. :)
